We are currently accepting pre-orders, with shipping starting in April 2024. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days.

• Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days.

• Shipping fees vary and are calculated at checkout.

Order Issues

• Report damaged products within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.

• For wrong or incomplete orders, notify us within 48 hours for a prompt resolution.

• If approved, a replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days. In case of a refund, the processing time is 3-5 business days, and the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days.

• An unboxing video is recommended for claims.
