Eligible Cases for Return & Refund:

  • Incorrect product received

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Expired product delivered

How to Request a Return:

  • Email us at support@arnaa.co within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order details and a brief description of the issue.

  • Our team will review your request within 48 hours and arrange a return pickup if applicable.

Refund & Replacement Process:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect and verify the issue.

  • If approved, a replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days. In case of a refund, the processing time is 3-5 business days, and the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days.
