How to Request a Return:

Our team will review your request within 48 hours and arrange a return pickup if applicable.
Refund & Replacement Process:

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect and verify the issue.

If approved, a replacement will be processed within 3-5 business days. In case of a refund, the processing time is 3-5 business days, and the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account within 7 working days.
